The Cheerful Tortoise is an iconic Portland bar.
The original Tortoise has been around for more than 75 years and has grown into the best BUFFALO BILLS and late night Karaoke bar in Portland. We’ve been a sponsor of Portland State University Athletics for over 50 years. Our goal is to provide a cheerful environment for everyone to enjoy.
